Sidepit Proof Run — Day 1

▶ Read the Alpha gist — “The Maker That Doesn't Run”

We pointed our most aggressive weapon at our own market maker — a bot that buys every high and sells every low, the most toxic flow you can design — and it could not draw blood. On every fill, the aggressor got a price inside Hyperliquid's wick. The maker stood firm, the taker got a fair fill, and nobody got blown out.

Honest footing

This was our own taker against our own maker — no outside institution yet. That's the point, not a caveat: if we can't beat the maker with the nastiest flow we can build, neither can they. Figures are pre-hedge (the Deribit hedge is being finalized with our quant), basis-clean (~+22 USD / ~3 bps measured from the data and removed), and the references are 1-minute today — per-tick capture is now live for the next cut.
